Standard rentals include a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 6 hours. When booking, please select your event’s start and end time. Our team may arrive earlier to complete setup, but your full rental time always begins at the scheduled start time listed in your contract.

At Alpha Event Essentials, safety is always our top priority. Certain weather conditions may prevent rentals—especially inflatables—from being used safely.

General Weather Policy

Inflatables cannot be operated in:

Winds of 20 mph or higher (some items have a 15 mph limit)

Continuous or heavy rain

Weather conditions are monitored up to 24 hours before your event and again by 7:00 AM on the event day. If forecasts predict 50% or greater chance of steady rain or unsafe wind speeds during your event time, you may cancel before 7:00 AM on the day of delivery.

If canceled on time, you may:

Transfer your deposit to a new date

Receive a credit valid for up to one year

Request a full deposit refund

Rain Policy

50% or greater chance of continuous rain: You may cancel, reschedule, receive a one-year credit, or request a refund (before 7:00 AM).

Scattered showers or less than 50% chance: We recommend proceeding as scheduled.

All-day steady rain: We strongly recommend rescheduling or canceling.

Wind Policy

Inflatables are not permitted in winds exceeding 20 mph (or 15 mph for select items).

If unsafe winds are forecasted, we will contact you to cancel.

You may reschedule, receive a one-year credit, or request a refund.

Cancellation must be completed by 7:00 AM on the event day.

Temperature Policy

Inflatables may be used in most temperatures.

If temperatures are expected to drop below 32°F at any point during your event, we will contact you the morning of the event to cancel or reschedule.

You may reschedule, receive a one-year credit, or request a refund (before 7:00 AM).

Deposits are not refundable for temperature-related cancellations when temperatures remain above 32°F.

Important Notice

All weather-related cancellations are determined before delivery.
If cancellation is not confirmed before 7:00 AM, and the delivery truck has already left our facility, full payment is required—no exceptions.

Alpha Event Essentials reserves the right to cancel any rental at any time due to unsafe weather conditions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

At Alpha Event Essentials, we understand that plans can change. The following cancellation policy applies to non-weather-related cancellations:

12–11 days before your event:
You may cancel your reservation with a charge of 50% of the rental amount. The remaining balance will be issued as a credit valid for one year from the cancellation date.

10 days or less before your event (including the event day):
The full rental amount will be charged. A credit valid for one year will be issued for the rental value.

As a small business with limited inventory, equipment is reserved exclusively for your event, and other bookings are declined once your reservation is confirmed. This policy helps us manage availability fairly for all customers.
